On-sale and Sunday Liquor license for Bravis Modern Street Food located at 105 Lewis Street.
Policy/Action Requested:
Approve the On-Sale and Sunday Liquor licenses for Bravis Modern Street Food on condition that final inspections are performed and passed.
Recommendation:
Approve the above motion.
Discussion:

Amayrani Javier is opening a restaurant located at 105 Lewis Street and has applied for an on-sale and Sunday on-sale liquor license. The applications and required evidence of insurance are in order.

 

The Police Department has conducted the customary background investigation and has advised that it identified nothing that would prohibit the issuance of the licenses. Inspections are still needed by the Fire Department and will be completed before final issuance of the licenses.
