Staff received a request from Kelsey Foley, the Business Operations Director at Muddy Cow to fence in a part of their parking lot for a live band event on June 15 and 16, 2018. The attached map indicates the area where the tent will be located. This area will be used from 6 to midnight on Friday and from 8 to midnight on Saturday. Participants will be carded and required to wear wristbands in the tent.

The Chief of Police and the Fire have reviewed the request and have no issues granting the suspension of the code on condition all permits are completed.

This item was missed during the preparation of the last council meeting agenda by staff. City Attorney instructed us that in light of the fact that the council has never denied one of these types of permits he was comfortable with the city administrator approving this request. However, the council should ratify the administrators decision at this meeting.
