The council normally meets the first and third Tuesdays of the month. In August the first meeting would fall on August 7, which is also the annually scheduled "Minnesota Night to Unite" in which the council members visit block parties throughout the city.
The first regular meeting in November would normally be Tuesday November 6th. However, that is also the day of our State General Elections. By State law, public bodies are prohibited from meeting prior to 8:00 p.m. on that day. | | |
