The former city hall has been demolished. Prior to its demolition, it was qualified as a Redevelopment District. This will set a public hearing for a redevelopment plan and TIF District creation to reimburse the city for the demolition costs along with a developer for removal of the foundation and rebuilding the public infrastructure in the area. | | |
