Staff request that the Planning Commission open the Public Hearing, and continue it to their April 6, 2017 meeting. |
| | | | | | | | Discussion:
D.R. Horton, Inc. - Minnesota has made application to Rezone and Reguide property, create a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay for the property, and Preliminary Plat the property as Windermere Addition. The subject property is approximately 77 acres, and is located south of Hwy. 169, west of Marystown Rd., directly west and north/west of 17th Avenue.
Staff and the applicant are still reviewing design elements of the project, and request that the Planning Commission continue the Public Hearing to April 6, 2017. Staff is expecting to bring forward plans for the Commission's consideration at that meeting. |
