On April 4, 2017, City Council adopted Resolution 7885, a resolution accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the 2017 Bituminous Overlay Project to Wm Mueller & Sons of Hamburg, Minnesota.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $1,152,305.71 and the actual final contract costs of $989,420.39. The remaining amount left to pay is $50,561.14, which was held as retainage. | | |

The total final project amount is $1,038,230.07. This total includes the final construction cost of $989,420.39 and engineering/administration/legal costs amounting to $48,809.68.
This project is funded by the Capital Improvement Fund (CIF), Storm Drainage Fund, Sanitary Sewer Fund, and Shakopee Public Utilities Water Fund as follows:
