Approve Resolution No. E2018-022 for the sale of Lot 1, Block 2 to Trident Development for $600,000 |

Trident previously had a Purchase Agreement approved by the EDA. As required, the city has advertised the sale. Trident will be back to the Planning Commission for final site approval. Its preliminary plans are for a 100 unit apartment building. However, they may work with OPUS on an overall PUD to coordinate design and materials to present a cohesive development. |
