Approve Resolution No. E2018-023 Approving Conveyance Certain Real Property to Enclave Development LLC or its assigns for the redevelopment of the former city hall site |
| | | | | | | | Discussion:
The EDA and city council have previously approved a TIF for the redevelopment of this site. Enclave will still need to have a Contract for Private Development approved. Once this is approved, they will complete their final design work to move the project forward. The Council/EDA should see a Private Development Contract in the next several months. I have attached their latest renderings along with the conceptual site and floor plans. |
