Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., made an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow exterior storage of goods to be used in support of their proposed business operations at the site. Staff is requiring a stormwater management plan to be submitted to the engineering department for review and approval before a recommendation can be given for this request. The applicant has indicated that this plan will not be ready before the October hearing. Therefore staff is not ready to make a recommendation for this application at this time and is recommending that the hearing for this request be continued to November for the Board's final consideration.
