Temporary Liquor License for Chamber of Commerce.
Policy/Action Requested:
Approve the temporary liquor license for the Chamber of Commerce for the Runnin the River 5k - 10 mile event.
Recommendation:
Approve the above motion.
Discussion:

The Chamber of Commerce has applied for a temporary on-sale liquor license for October 13, 2018 for their Runnin' the River 5K & 10 mile run to be  held at Huber Park. They will be having Shakopee Brewhall serving their beer during the event from 8 am to noon. Wristbands will be used for those drinking.

 

The application is in order. The Police Chief has no issues with approving this license.
