The Shakopee Lions Club is applying for a premises permit for gambling activities at the Shakopee Brewhall located at 124 First Avenue. The permit will ultimately be issued by the State Gambling Control Board. When application is made, the board requires that the local unit of government pass a resolution specifically approving or denying the application. | | |
