Discussion:
Steve Soltau, representing Builders Lot Group, has applied to vacate two twenty-foot wide sections of easement that are within the Stagecoach plat (see attached sketch). The easements were for storm sewer stubs that assisted drainage of this property before it was developed. Now that the property is going to be developed into single-family residential lots, the grading of the property will be changed and the two easements are no longer needed.
The Engineering Department has reviewed the request and supports this vacation request, as the easements are no longer necessary.
