Josh Metzer, representing Lennar Homes, has applied for the final plat of Ridge Creek 3rd Addition. Ridge Creek 3rd addition is the final phase of Lennar's subdivision, Ridge Creek.

 

The proposed subdivision involves the creation of 31 single family lots, with sidewalks on one side of the street and two trail connections to the trail along CSAH 21. The Ridge Creek PUD allows for 7.5' side yard setbacks.

 

As approved by the Ridge Creek PUD, the park dedication fees collected from this plat are committed to the development of the open space in this subdivision with trails. The City of Shakopee is continuing to work with the consultant MKSK on the design of the trails within the open space area.

 

The proposed plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat and PUD of Ridge Creek.
