As part of the Stagecoach at Southbridge Development, Builders Lot Group proposed to fill 0.06 acres of wetland for a house pad and infiltration basin in the southeast corner of the site. City Code requires the Planning Commission to review and the City Council to approve a Wetland Replacement Plan.

The Public Works Department and the City's Engineering Consultant, WSB, have reviewed the request and met with the Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) as required under the Wetland Conservation Act. The TEP determined that the request and mitigation plan meet the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act. Materials related to the plan and resolution are attached.  

The plan was presented to the Planning Commission on January 3, 2019. The Planning Commission voted 6-0, recommending City Council approval of the wetland replacement Plan.
