Jack Hurstn an adjacent property owner, has requested a vacation of the unimproved alley right-of-ways within Block 5, East Shakopee (see attached map). He has spoken with his neighbors and they are in support. The Planning Commission will review this item on March 7th, 2019, and the attached resolution sets the public hearing for March 19th, 2019 City Council meeting. | | |
