Approve a short term use agreement with Enclave Construction of Fargo, ND for EDA-owned property located at 234 1st Ave W, PID 270011430 from June 1, 2019 until April 30, 2020 for construction staging for the former city hall site and approve the EDA Executive Director to enter into such agreement. |

| | | | | | | | Discussion:
Enclave Development of Fargo, North Dakota, is the developer of the former city hall site. They are planning to begin construction on or about June 1, 2019 on the site. Since there is no storage room on the site to stage materials and equipment, they have requested the use of the EDA owned site at 234 1st Ave W, a site that was a former gas station site.
They would use the site from June 1, 2019 until April 30, 2020 for staging of materials and equipment. As part of the Use Agreement, Enclave will be responsible to return the site its current level, grassed condition and work with the City Engineer on proper access. The site will have a temporary chain link fence to secure it. |
