The city has been working with Gaughan Companies, the developer of the Riverfront Bluff properties to include the three remaining houses on the southeast corner of First and Atwood. 

The property appraised for $175,000 and the owner would receive an additional $25,000 for relocation expenses.

Over the past six months the city has completed appraisals on two of the properties and reached agreements with the owners.  The developer is working on a redesign of the site to increase the investment by as much as $10 million and to reconfigure uses and add units to the development. 

This contract would be transferred to the developer and they would fund the closing on this property.
