Staff received a request from Kelsey Foley, the Business Operations Director at Muddy Cow to fence in a part of their parking lot for a live band event on June 21 and 22, 2019. The attached map indicates the area where the tent will be located. This area will be used from 8:30 to midnight on Friday and Saturday. Participants will be carded and required to wear wristbands in the tent. No glass containers will be used.
The Chief of Police and the Fire have reviewed the request and have no issues granting the suspension of the code on condition all permits are completed. | | |
