Canterbury Development, LLC has submitted a Preliminary Plat for Canterbury Park 9th Addition. The property is located South of 12th Avenue East, North of Eagle Creek Blvd. and West of Vierling Drive.
Staff and the applicant are still working thru some design modifications; therefore, staff recommends that the public hearing be continued to June. |
