Open public hearing and continue public hearing to the June 6th Planning Commission meeting. |

Continue the public hearing as requested. |

Planning staff are in the process of reviewing the design standards for residential buildings and site development. Staff have had significant discussion and review of the current regulations, but are not prepared to bring the draft text amendments forward for review. The proposed amendments will be brought forward at the June meeting for review by the Planning Commission. |
