The original plan for the Riverfront Bluff was an L-shaped development that would not include the three houses on the corner.  Since that original plan was approved, the three owners have agreed to sell their properties.  The project is in the process of being redesigned to include these three parcels and they now need to be included into the Redevelopment District so that the costs associated with the redevelopment can be included in the overall TIF District.

By including the three parcels, this will be a better development for the community and it will now properly address all street frontages.

Future steps will include rezoning of these properties to be in compliance with the 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
