Tim McGlaughlin, representing Mercy Academy has applied for a conditional use permit to allow a school at Shakopee Town Square. Mr. McGlaughlin has notified city staff that Mercy Academy did not receive a grant that is critical to their project, so they have chose to withdraw their application. Mr. McGlaughlin has stated that the school will continue to pursue grant funding and intends to apply for a conditional use permit in the future. |
