Planning staff are in the process of reviewing the design standards for residential buildings and site development and will now also be reviewing the commercial building design standards. Staff continue to have significant discussion and review of the regulations, but are not prepared to bring the draft text amendments forward for review. The proposed amendments will be brought forward at the July 11th meeting for review by the Planning Commission.
