Staff received a request from Sherry Sweeney, the Bar Manager at Shakopee American Legion #2 to host a motorcycle event in the back parking lot on Fridays held on June 28, July 26, August 30 and September 27, 2019. The attached map indicates the area that will be used from 7:00 to midnight on those dates. They will have karaoke until 10 p.m. Participants will be carded and required to wear wristbands. No glass containers will be used.
The Police Department and the Fire Inspector have reviewed the request and have no issues granting the suspension of the code on condition all permits are completed. | | |
