Approve contract with McPhillips Bros. Roofing Co. in an amount not to exceed $27,400 to perform maintenance on the Police Department and Library roofs. | | |

Both the library and police department roofs are in relatively good condition. Some minor maintenance will help stretch the useful life of the roof. | | |

$27,400 from the Building Internal Service Fund. $20,000 was budgeted in 2018 for the police department but not spent, and $20,000 is budgeted in 2019. Total project is $12,300 under total budget across the two years and is more efficient due to performing maintenance on both roofs under the same contract. | | |
