Applicant is requesting funds for new windows, new awnings, new exterior signage on this eligible building in downtown. He has new tenants that have asked for the building to be improved and to provide better access to the street. The applicant is showing additional work in the right of way that would require a separate approvals and a permit from Public Works and those costs are not eligible for this program. |
