City staff have received an application from Stephan Shanks of Ramble on Records to sell tobacco products at 221 First Avenue East and Jarabacoa, LLC dba La Vaquita at 810 First Avenue East. The applications are in order. The Police Department has conducted the customary background investigation and learned of nothing that would prevent the issuance of a tobacco license. | | |
