Ice Arena Projects:
1) Party/Meeting Room Construction - been delayed due to back order on glass from glazers. Project should be complete on/about September 15th. Will include the party/meeting room, automatic doors into Rink 1, and access doors to E-train rented space from inside Rink 1 upstairs.
2) SYHA Upstairs Shooting Room - SYHA Board voted against funding project as approved by PRAB and City Council. Project is on hold until a fully approved plan can be brought back to PRAB and City Council.
3) Exploring possibility of other business partnership opportunities to include - a) "Pro Shop" - to diversify customer service experience and reduce staffing while assuming skate sharpening/pro gear sales. b) "Coffee Shop/Tap Room" space. c) Concessions (year-round)
4) Expanded parking - did not make it into CIP
