On-sale and Sunday Liquor licenses for Chili's Grill & Bar located at 8098 Old Carriage Court.
Policy/Action Requested:
Approve the On-sale and Sunday liquor licenses for Chili's Grill & Bar on condition that final inspections are performed and passed.
Recommendation:
Approve the above motion.
Discussion:

Brinker Restaurant Corporation is the new owner of Chili's Grill & Bar located at 8098 Old Carriage Court and has applied for an on-sale and Sunday on-sale liquor license. The applications and required evidence of insurance are in order.

 

The Police Department has conducted the customary background investigation and has advised that it identified nothing that would prohibit the issuance of the licenses. Any inspections will be completed before final issuance of the licenses.
