Discussion:

The City Council directed that staff prepare to hold strategic planning sessions with the Council.  A consultant has been obtained and strategic planning sessions scheduled for 9/25 and 9/30 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers.

 

The presentation today is step one in the strategic planning process. It is intended to give the council a brief overview on the current operating environment in the city.
