On July 5, 2016, City Council adopted Resolution No. 7745 accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the 2016 Sanitary Sewer Lateral Pipe Rehabilitation to BLD Services, LLC., of Kenner, Louisiana.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $524,980.00 with actual final costs of $417,473.75. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to BLD Services, LLC., in the amount of $39,676.09. | | |

The total final project amount is $583,430.62. This total includes the final construction cost of $417,473.75 and engineering/administration/legal costs amounting to $165,956.87. This project is funded by the Sanitary Sewer Fund as follows:
