Adopt Resolution R2019-122, a resolution designating individuals authorized to perform certain banking transactions.

It is recommended that the Finance Director be named as the second authorized signer on physical checks. | | |
| | | | | | | | Discussion:
The city's bank requires formal action of the City Council to change the list of people authorized to sign city checks and authorize certain bank transactions. Currently the Mayor and Assistant City Administrator, as acting Finance Director sign all checks. Since the Finance Director position has been filled, he will replace the the Assistant City Administrator as the authorized signer. | | |
