During the months of September - November, Staff and council engaged in strategic planning efforts. Attached to this memo is a draft Mission, Vision, Values statement, and draft 1 page strategic plan from the consultant. Staff will present and discuss with council to obtain guidance as we work to finalize the plan. | | |
