The current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) includes the West End (Low Bluff) Lift Station Project and the West End (High Bluff) Lift Station Project (see attached CIP summary sheets Sewer-24-001 and Sewer-24-002). These projects include design and construction of two lift stations and forcemain systems to serve the west end developments within both the high and low bluff areas. While the projects are identified as 2024 construction projects, money was allocated for feasibility reports to be prepared in 2020.

City staff needs assistance from a design consultant to complete these feasibility reports. City staff has worked with AE2S to develop a scope of work and professional services agreement needed to deliver the reports. AE2S and their team have the experience, technical skill and capacity to provide the needed services and is part of the city's approved consultant pool. The attached Professional Services Agreement authorizes and describes the scope and fees for their work on this project.
