The Board has requested a discussion concerning the existing Business Subsidy Policy and potential changes.  Staff is working with several outside agencies to present some data regarding local employment and jobs.  Staff will review past projects and goals along with the most recent projects.  As part of Council's strategic plan, council asked for a discussion on how subsidies could be used and what would success look like long term.
