The City of Shakopee is proposing the preliminary and final plat of River Bluff Addition, which consolidates 9 lots for the River Bluff Apartments into one parcel.
The City of Shakopee EDA has acquired three additional parcels and has vacated the alley in the middle of the block to allow for consolidation into one parcel to allow Gaughan Companies to develop the entire block with a mixed-use apartment building and rental townhomes. The purpose of this plat is purely to consolidate all of the parcels into one lot. All of the existing structures on the lot would be removed from the site.
