The council is asked to declare six forfeited vehicles as surplus property and authorize their disposal. | | |

The following vehicles were obtained through successful forfeiture proceedings:

- 2002 Mercury Sable, VIN: 1MEFM50U52G639031
- 2004 Buick LeSabre, VIN: 1G4HP54K844144686
- 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix, VIN: 2G2WS522551240807
- 2009 Mercedes C300, VIN: WDDGF81X59F236313
After being declared surplus, the vehicles will be sold at auction and the proceeds, if any, will be disbursed according to Minnesota State Statute. | | |
