Approve Resolution No. R2020-071, accepting mural donation from Old National Bank.
Recommendation:
Approve Resolution No. R2020-071.
Discussion:

The City has received a mural donation from Old National Bank valued at $5,000.  This donation can be seen by all Community Center patrons and visitors.  The mural celebrates Shakopee's rich history, highlights a wonderful Shakopee amenity, and improves the customer service space at the Parks and Recreation Department Offices.

 

The City of Shakopee appreciates the generosity of Old National Bank, which helps support the City's parks and recreation services.

 

The City's donation policy requires a 2/3 vote to accept cash donations over $1,000 and donations of real property.
