Asphalt Concrete Solutions of Blaine, Minnesota has asked for a waiver of nighttime construction noise restrictions to repave the parking lot at the Walmart Super Center at 8101 Carriage Court in the Southbridge area.  They would actually begin at 2 a.m. with milling work.  They would start paving at 7 a.m.  This is a very large parking lot and the store will remain open so there is significant amount of staging required and paving work will occur in several phases.  They would complete paving work at 8 p.m.  They would start the work on Wednesday May 20 and complete the work on or about May 28 dependent on weather.  They will not be working on the Memorial Day weekend. 

Normal construction hours by code are weekdays, 7 a.m. until 10 p.m.

There is only residential property to the rear of the Walmart.  The remainder of the area is commercial and the adjoining property is Sam's Club, owned by the same corporation.
