Policy/Action Requested: Move to approve bills in the amount of $21,570.01 for the EDA Fund, which allows for internal charges that are applied to the EDA fund.


Recommendation: Approval


Discussion: Attached is a listing of bills for the EDA for the period 4/19/2017 to 5/16/2017. Payments are for general office supplies, attorney & professional service fees. EDI Limited has requested payment for the electrical design work they are doing on the Downtown Improvement Project. $2,800.00. Payment to WSB in the amount of $18,022.50 under their current contract for final plans for the Downtown Improvements in an amount not to exceed $97,860,
