Staff recommends approving resolution 7893 which directs final payment of $32,262.76; therefore accepting the work on the 2014 Bituminous Trail Improvements Project No. 2014-7 & 2013-3. | | |

All of the work for this project has been completed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is a Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $560,728.40 and the actual final costs of $511,875.25. The remaining amount left to pay is $32,262.76. | | |

This project is funded by a combination of County funds, SMSC Donation, Surface Water Fund and Capital Improvement Fund. | | |
