Shakopee Lions Club Shade Structures |

Approve agreement and accept donation of shade structures for the Lions Park splashpad from the Shakopee Lions Club. |

Authorize the execution of the agreement. |
| | | | | | | | Discussion:
The Shakopee Lions Club is requesting to donate five shade structures to be installed around the Lions splashpad at Lions park (see attached exhibits). The City will purchase the shade structures in the amount of $23,808.28 on behalf of the Shakopee Lions using Lions donations. The Shakopee Lions will then either have volunteers or the vendor install the shade structures. The attached agreement defines the terms of the purchase and maintenance responsibilities between the city and the Lions Club. |
