This property backs up to a city alley and a property that was acquired by the predecessor to the current Economic Development Authority, the Shakopee HRA. The current owner of this rental house is willing to sell the property to the city. The property is currently vacant. The city would hold this property for a future redevelopment that would include the adjacent two parcels that would be combined with the parcel to the rear.
