Cretex Industrial Park, LLC has submitted an application for Preliminary Plat of property in Cretex Industrial Park 1st Addition, located east of 70th Street and west of Stagecoach Road.
Cretex Industrial Park, LLC is proposing a redevelopment of this heavy industry zoned property that requires a new plat submittal. At this time, they have requested a continuance of their public hearing as staff and the applicant are discussing design features of the project, including new public right-of-way and access to the existing roadway system.
