Discussion:
The Master Developer, the Authority, and the City entered into a Contract for Private Development, dated August 8, 2018, as amended, and pursuant to that agreement, the city must consent to any sale or transfer of property within the Redevelopment Area.
This was included in the original agreement to ensure that the proposed sale or transfer met the original intent of the Redevelopment Area through the creation of new development that was in concert with the original zoning and intent.
This transfer is for the development of the second phase of Triple Crown that Doran will be developing adjacent to the first phase.
