The City Council and staff reviewed the draft 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) as a workshop on July 14, 2020.  Attached to the council action is a document that details the changes made since the July workshop.  The proposed CIP document has been attached and will be placed on the city's website when approved.

The CIP is part of the budget process, but is not a budget, it is a plan.  It is also a plan that changes often.  Once the CIP is officially adopted by council, the 2021 projects will then be added to the 2021 budget for final approval in December.  All future years' projects (2022 and beyond) are plans at this point that are subject to change and will be updated in future CIP's.
