On April 2, 2019, City Council authorized the execution of a professional services agreement with MKSK and Barr for the design, bidding and construction management services for the Ridge Creek Park and Prior Lake Outlet Channel Improvement Project, PR-19-001.
Plans have been prepared and are ready to solicit public bids to construct the regional trail, boardwalk, and channel realignment. Should the City Council approve the plans and authorize bidding, the advertising and bidding would commence with a scheduled bid opening fall 2020. Bids would then be considered in late 2020. Construction of the improvements will be performed by November of 2021.
