The EDA previously approved this extension but the city attorney and MWF thought a cleaner Resolution was needed for the State to ensure that they could continue with their application. The attached Resolution extends the Contingency date from December 1, 2020 until January 31, 2021. The State has been delayed in making its final decisions because of COVID. |
