Pulte Homes and Lifestyle Communities have applied for rezoning of property to Planned Unit Development, a Planned Unit Development, and the preliminary and final plat of Canterbury Crossing. The proposed development is 108 market rate townhome units and a 56-unit market rate senior housing co-op in the area that was previously occupied by Sever's Corn Maze (see location map). Staff and the applicant are currently working through revisions to the site plan and intend to return to the Planning Commission in November for full review of the proposed plans. Staff is requesting that the Planning Commission continue the public hearing to the November 5th meeting.
