On June 2, 2020, City Council adopted Resolution R2020-073 accepting the bids and awarding the contract for the 2020 Trail Rehabilitation and Trail Reconstruction Projects to Bituminous Roadways, Inc., of Mendota Heights, MN.
All of the improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Attached is the Certificate of Completion showing the original contract amount of $216,299.65 with actual final costs of $219,615.42. All required project documentation has been received and is compliant. The project will be closed out upon issuance of final payment to Bituminous Roadways, Inc., in the amount of $2,196.16. | | |

The total final project amount is $257,052.40. This total includes the final construction cost of $223,528.28 and engineering/administration/legal costs amounting to $33,524.12. This project is funded by the Capital Improvement Fund (CIF) and Park Asset Fund as follows:
